Top Shot is an American reality television show that debuted on the History Channel on June 6, 2010. The show features 16 contestants, split into two teams of eight, competing in various types of shooting
challenges. One by one, the contestants are eliminated until only one
remains. That contestant receives a $100,000 grand prize and the title
of "Top Shot." Survivor contestant Colby Donaldson is the host.
The teams are given separate chances to practice with the weapons to be
used in a team challenge, under the guidance of a very experienced
trainer, after which the challenge itself is played the following day.
Everyone on the winning team is safe for the day, while the losing team
must nominate two members for the elimination round after a two-hour
break. A group of targets is set up for this purpose, each marked with
one player's name. One by one, the team members must shoot the target of
the person they want to nominate. No one is allowed to vote for
himself/herself. If two or more players tie for one nomination,
Donaldson typically draws one team member's name at random from an ammunition box
to cast a tie-breaking vote. The tied players, and any who have already
clinched a nomination, are not eligible to be chosen. (There have been
exceptions to this practice, as noted under the episode entries for each
season.)

New Girl Season 1

New Girl is an American television sitcom that premiered on Fox on September 20, 2011.It stars Zooey Deschanel, Jake Johnson, Max Greenfield, Lamorne Morris and Hannah Simone.
On September 28, 2011, after two episodes aired, Fox ordered an
additional 11 episodes to the initial 13-episode order, bringing the
first season to 24 episodes.
The pilot starts the story with Jessica "Jess" Day (played by Zooey Deschanel),
a bubbly, offbeat, adorable, eccentric woman in her late 20s who
teaches at a local elementary school. On a trip back from another city,
she prepared a surprise for her boyfriend. She then caught him cheating
in their house. She is determined to move on from her unfortunate
relationship. Jess moves out and starts looking for a new place. She saw
an ad on Craigslist, where she meets and moves in with three young men:
Nick, Schmidt, and Coach.
Nick is a bartender, who is originally from Chicago. Before he became
a bartender, he once had big plans for his future. At one point, he
wanted to be a lawyer. He then stopped caring along the way and dropped
out of law school. He has always wanted to be among "the rich ones".
Ironically, he is the poorest guy among all the roommates.
Schmidt is a young white-collar professional and a womanizer who
fancies himself as the wishful, modern-day Casanova. He is madly in love
with himself, and also happens to have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
He often schemes to climb the social ladder and is driven by his
obsessive urge of becoming "the center".
He views Jess as the elusive female mind. Also, he wants to get close
to Jess's model friend, Cece. Schmidt often makes his roommates mad and
disgusted due to his unexpectedly despicable behavior. Nevertheless,
they are good friends.
Winston is a former basketball player who happens to be Nick's best
friend from childhood. Winston was originally the fourth roommate living
in the loft. After Coach Damon Wayans, Jr.,
a personal trainer with rage issues, left the apartment, Winston moved
back in. Winston is intensely competitive and never knows what to do
next.
Whatever he does, he wants to win. He was a point guard in the Latvian
Basketball League. He is currently a "part-time Nanny" employed by
Schmidt's boss, whom he met at a company party. Winston loves his life
and lives it to the fullest, but his ambitions somehow get in his way.
Jess's best childhood friend is Cece. She is a street-smart model.
Cece is a diva and gets lots of attention from guys. She falls for
"good-looking but not-so-smart" guys. She values her friendship with
Jess and always supports her, no matter what. She has had a few
breakups. After a few "booty calls" with Schmidt, she starts to develop
feelings for him. In the 22nd episode, she finally admits her feelings
to Schmidt. The season ended with a question mark on Cece and Schmidt's
relationship.

Battle Of Beauty

Also called Xiao Hong Yan, this period drama explores Master Su’s mysterious death (or is he?) and the love lives of his 5 wives. Damian Lau plays Master Su while Second Young Master is played by Baron Chen (when is he cutting his hair?!), and the leading lady is Hu Jing.
She also sings the theme song “Moon Water” for this series. I came
across the theme video on youtube and the song sounds really nice,
especially with the blend in of water drops here and there.

Love Amongst War

Former Hong Kong TVB artists, Jessica Hsuan (宣萱) and Benny Chan (陈浩民), will appear as onscreen lovers for the first time in mainland drama, Love Amongst War
<薛平贵与王宝钏>. The pair will portray lovers who are challenged by
societal barriers and extreme poverty. Early buzz has compared the drama
to hit series, Naked Wedding <裸婚时代>!
Jessica portrayed Wang Baochuan, the third daughter of a wealthy,
aristocratic family in the Tang Dynasty. Despite to her elite background
and beautiful exterior, she fell in love with commoner, Xue Pinggui,
portrayed by Benny Chan. Due to an unfortunate twist in fate, Benny’s
character even became a beggar!
Jessica’s family opposed her marriage to Benny due to his extreme
poverty. Will Jessica and Benny’s relationship survive based on pure
idealism alone, or will they be separated by the reality of
materialistic practicality?
Due to its theme, Love Amongst War has generated comparisons to popular mainland drama, Naked Wedding, wich explored how couples’ marriages were contrained by trying financial situations. Love Amongst War incorporated numerous modern elements, to lighten the themes explored in the drama.
Benny stated, “This is the first time I have worked with Jessica
Hsuan. I hope to bring a refreshing feeling to the collaboration!”
Love Amongst War is a 48-episode historical fiction mainland
drama, which will be broadcast in Hebei, Guangdong, Shandong, Hunan,
and Jiangsu next week. The drama also stars Xin Zi ( 馨子), Tu Liman (涂黎曼), Chen Weimin (陈为民), and Zhang Liang (张亮).

Sergeant Tabloid is a Hong Kong television drama produced by TVB under executive producer Nelson Cheung. The drama tells the story of several policewomen of the Hong Kong Police Force, using their perspectives to look at issues of modern women experience in society. The first episode of Sergeant Tabloid premiered on TVB's overseas affiliates and partners on 2 April 2012. The drama is currently planned for a summer 2012 release on Hong Kong's Jade and HD Jade channels.
Lui Fei-hap (Niki Chow), known as "Lui Hap", is a thirty-one Emergency Unit sergeant of the Hong Kong Police Force, who has been let down in love many times. So when she finds her perfect man (Vincent Wong) she jumps at the opportunity, never suspecting that he is a drug baron (Vincent Wong) until she arrests him.
To make things worse their relationship hits the headlines when tabloid reporter Gordon Lam (Michael Tse),
known as A1, stumbles upon it while following another story. Lui Hap's
and A1's paths continue to cross when pursuing duties and stories,
sometimes co-operating and sometimes as enemies, sometimes saving the
other and sometimes playing practical jokes on the other. A mother goose
to her section, Lui Hap comes into conflict with her new commanding
officer Madam Kiu (Mandy Wong), nicknamed by her subordinates as Madam Kill, when Kiu demands perfection of her section.
Before long Lui Hap finds herself falling in love with new recruit Wong Tze-tsuen (Matthew Ko), only for A1 to stand in her way again. It turns out that it is her father, Boy Sir (Benz Hui),
who is the mastermind of this and that A1 is his accomplice. Pushed to
her limits both at work and in love, Lui Hap has no choice but to fight
back in the name of love.
